The most recent Premier League fixture saw Chelsea host struggling Champions Manchester United, with Samuel Eto'o's first hat-trick for the club sealing a 3-1 victory.
After a slow start to the game, Mourinho saw his Chelsea outfit continue 2014's 100% streak, beating a Manchester United side sitting 12 points of the top of the table. Samuel Eto'o showed class of old, poaching goals to a 51 minute hat trick.
Eto'o's first came somewhat luckily, as after wrong-footing Phil Jones his left-footed effort deflected over David De Gea. It was against the run of play, and perhaps an unfair reflection of the match so far.
The Cameroonian's second came from a set piece - United's clearance finding Ramires who found Cahill in space, crossing on the ground to leave Eto'o with a simple finish. The African legend completed his trio in typical poaching fashion, poking the ball past De Gea after the spaniard saved a Cahill effort from a corner routine.
Cech gave Chelsea fans a heart-in-mouth moment after a poor touch almost let Januzaj roll home from 2 yards out, but was saved thanks to his surprising quick feet, much to the jeers of the home crowd.

Javier Hernandez scored late on to give fans flashbacks of the 3-3 in 2011, but it was shortlived - captain Nemanja Vidic given his marching orders after cynically scything Hazard. Rafael too could have joined him, a two-footed lunge on Cahill much more deserving of a red but only given a yellow card.
Nemanja Matic also made his second Debut for the club, replacing Willian as the Blues looked to shore up at the back.

This was not a good Chelsea performance, and only goes to show the gulf in current ability between the two sides. Mourinho's men never got out of second gear, but eased past the Champions thanks to their striker.
Eto'o's hat-trick now means Chelsea strikers have scored 5 in 3 games - a welcome change for Mourinho who lamented about his lack of a 30 goal-a-season forward.
The win also saw Mourinho rack up his 100th win in the Premier League, and in 142 appearances is the quickest manager to do so. The only down side for Chelsea will be that Torres is out for 'a few weeks' with ligament damage, but may open the door for Demba Ba to show his quality once more.
